Video Text Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply only to users of the Gloto Video Text short code 87810.
How to Opt-in:
To opt-in or subscribe to our Video Text SMS service, simply text an appropriate keyword to 87810 and we'll respond with the requested content. If you text a keyword that we don't recognize, we will respond with help instructions providing you with information on how to use the service on your mobile phone.
How to Opt-out:
To opt-out from our Video Text SMS service, you can text “STOP” to 87810 from your mobile phone and we will unsubscribe you from our SMS text messaging service immediately. You will not receive any additional messages until you opt-in as described above.
How to get help or support:
To get help, email us at support@gloto.com, or call our office between 8AM and 6PM EST Monday through Friday at 301-317-9800. From your mobile phone, you may request our contact information at any time by texting "HELP" to 87810.
Supported Phones:
Video Text is supported on most camera phones with service provided by AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Alltel, Suncom, and Virgin Mobile. Common handsets manufactured by Motorola, Nokia, Samsung, LG, and Sony Ericsson are all supported. Apple iPhones and other non-WAP / MMS capable handsets are not supported.
